Refund Policy
At Powersign, we specialize in custom-designed and manufactured signboards. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Custom Orders
All signboards are custom-made as per client requirements (design, size, material, and specifications). ➡️ No refunds will be provided once the order is confirmed and production has started.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, only if production has not started. If cancelled within this period, a partial refund may be issued after deducting design and processing charges.
3. Design Approval
Customers must carefully review and approve the final design before production. Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is delivered damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. After verification, we will: Repair the signboard, or Replace the product (depending on the issue)
➡️ Refunds will only be considered if repair/replacement is not possible.
5. Installation Services
Charges for installation services are non-refundable once the service is completed. If installation is delayed due to customer-side issues, no refund will be provided.
6. Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver on time; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, etc.) will not qualify for refunds.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
