6. Installation

Installation services are provided as per agreement. Customers must ensure proper site readiness and permissions. We are not responsible for delays caused by site issues or lack of approvals.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.

8. Warranty

Warranty (if provided) covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, or natural wear and tear.
